Every project follows the same carefully considered path — four phases, built on precision and trust.
- Phase 01
Consultation
We begin every assignment with an initial meeting, without obligation — on site or online. We listen to your needs, ask the right questions and establish the project’s requirements: technical specifications, timescales, budget and any limitations.
- Phase 02
Planning & Design
Using the consultation as our starting point, we draw up a detailed project plan. The timeline is broken down phase by phase. Materials are specified and priced. The budget is set out clearly — with no hidden costs.
- Phase 03
Construction
Construction proceeds with precision and ongoing quality checks. We follow the agreed plan and communicate proactively when anything changes — with a solution, not just a report of the problem.
- Phase 04
Final delivery
The project ends with a systematic final inspection, checking the result point by point against the original specification. Any outstanding issues are resolved before the project is approved.
