When you submit the contact form on this website, we process the information you enter:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your message and any other information you choose to include in it

The form has no other fields. If you contact us directly by email or phone instead, we process the information you provide through those channels.

When you submit the form, we also process technical information needed to receive submissions and protect against abuse — your IP address and the time of submission. These are used only to limit the number of submissions and are not kept in a register by us.

Please do not send sensitive personal data through the form, such as health information, personal identity numbers, religious or political beliefs, or information that is unnecessary for handling your enquiry.

3. Why we process personal data and our legal basis

  • To handle and respond to enquiries — we process the information you send to answer your question, assess your enquiry and, where appropriate, provide a quotation or proceed with an assignment. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) and/or steps before entering into a potential contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
  • To protect the form against abuse — the IP address and time are used to limit submissions and stop automated spam. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in keeping this contact channel open and usable.

4. Who we share personal data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with suppliers that process it on our behalf under data processing agreements:

  • ARKNOVUM TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS AB — website, CMS and technical operations (EU/EEA)
  • Resend — delivery of contact form messages (USA)

Personal data may also be disclosed when we are required to do so by law.

5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

The information you submit through the contact form is forwarded by email through our supplier Resend. Resend processes this information primarily in the USA, which involves a transfer to a country outside the EU/EEA.

The transfer relies on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Resend is certified, and on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Module Two, controller to processor) under Resend’s data processing agreement. 6. How long we keep personal data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

  • The website has no database of its own — your message is forwarded by email and kept in our mailbox, rather than stored on the website. It is normally kept there for up to [X months] after the enquiry has been concluded.
  • If an enquiry leads to a quotation, contract, assignment, warranty claim, complaint or another business relationship, information may be kept longer where necessary for contracts, legal claims, accounting or other legal obligations.
  • Our email provider Resend processes the message during delivery and keeps logs under its own terms, normally for up to 30 days.
  • The IP address used to limit submissions is held temporarily in the server function’s memory and is not stored permanently.

  • data portability, where the GDPR conditions are met

This website uses no cookies. We also use no similar storage in your browser (local storage or session storage) and no analytics or tracking tools.
